Nestled on a peaceful Tyers farm setting, north-west of Traralgon, a Pilates class at our studio makes your everyday exercise feel like a wellness getaway.

All Bookings can be made via the MindBody App which can be downloaded to your phone or tablet.

Ideally, 2 pilates sessions a week is extremely beneficial, but we understand this isn’t for everyone. Therefore we have suitable pricing options depending on the number of weekly sessions you can attend.

Reformer Pilates

This class focuses on aligning the body, focusing on technique and providing you with a full body workout to tone, lengthen and strengthen the bod. You’ll find your functional movement in day-to-day life will improve, along with feeling strong, empowered and energetic!

We like to use small Pilates equipment in addition to the reformer, in our classes to challenge you to get the most out of each workout. 

Our group classes have 6 participants and are suitable to all ages and fitness levels as progressions and regressions are given in each class.

Intermediate Reformer Pilates

Take your Pilates practice to the next level. Our intermediate class is designed to strengthen and tone your body using the reformer machine, along with weights and small Pilates equipment. 

This class incorporates techniques from our Reformer Pilates classes and is guaranteed to challenge the body and leave it feeling strong and empowered.

Reformer Pilates

This class focuses on aligning the body with the correct pilates technique and provides you with an exceptional full body workout to tone, lengthen and strengthen the body. You’ll find your functional movement in day-to-day life will improve, along with feeling strong, empowered and energetic!

Our classes guarantee a feel good factor and a mega boost in self confidence. The benefits of a pilates lifestyle are endless!

Our classes use the reformer machine, weights and small pilates equipment.

Our group classes have 6 participants and are suitable to all ages and fitness levels as progressions and regressions are given in each class. Our classes also cater to prenatal and postnatal clients.

  4. Small class sizes: We keep our classes intimate, with a maximum of six people in each session. This ensures you receive personalised instructor support throughout your practice.

Private Classes

Indulge in the ultimate personalised experience with our private sessions. Elevate your Pilates practice with our one-on-one sessions led by our expert instructors, who will tailor every aspect of the workout to align with your goals and needs. Private sessions run for 45 minutes.

Your Frequently Asked Questions

At Zen Wellness & Pilates we place emphasis on the programming of our classes. Our approach is a mix of classical style reformer moves mixed with a modern approach that is always engaging and empowering. Our clients are at the forefront of everything we do, we ensure our classes are filled with lots of variety to offer continuous growth and mental/physical transformation.

Of course! We are all beginners at some point. Our classes are small in size so we can be right there to guide you every step of the way.  Modifications are always provided in class and we cater for all fitness levels.

Be sure to bring a water bottle and a face towel to your class. Shoes are not needed on our reformer beds, however, we do encourage all members to wear socks. You can purchase Pilates grip socks in the studio for $20, alternatively, you can bring your own.
Our classes must be booked prior to attending the studio, via the MINDBODY online booking system. You can book through our website or download the MINDBODY APP on your device.
Once having downloaded the APP, our schedule will be first to open. When you go to book your preferred class time the system will prompt you to create an account with us or log in if you already have one. Follow the prompts and the system will guide you into our payment options where you will be able to purchase a pack that suits you best! (New Clients – the Intro Offer will be available here). 
Zen Retreat has a 12 hour cancellation window – a late cancel or no show in class within this 12-hour timeframe will result with a non-refundable loss of session. This is simply because class sizes are limited and we like to ensure all members have enough time to plan for their class attendance.
Reformer is great for everyone and especially for pregnant mothers who have no complications. If you are looking for a safe exercise program to support you throughout your pregnancy, our classes are all tailored to individual needs, we simply recommend first getting clearance from your doctor.
We recommend you attend at least twice a week to see the change and feel the difference that Pilates can make to your mind and body. If you have more time available, we recommend three sessions a week to see a faster transformation.
